We were interested in sourcing a custom-made couch and matching chaise lounge for our home, and found many of the retail shops we went into really were not that interested in helping or assisting you in any way. Finally we saw an advertisement for Quality Designed Furniture (QDF,) they custom manufacture their own furniture using any style and fabric you want.
At this stage we had a fairly good idea of the style and design we wanted, so took along a few pictures with style ideas. Nicholas was very helpful and approachable, and let us take home several sample books so we could see which fabric suited.
While we did get some other quotes we felt comfortable going with Nicholas, he wasn’t the cheapest, but we felt we would definitely get the quality required and he seemed very reliable.
After confirming the fabric and measurements Nicholas started the manufacturing. He was always in contact with us and updated us regularly as to the progress.
We were thrilled with our couch and chaise being delivered on time, and have had many favourable comments since.
